1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App") provided by Vently, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age. If you do not agree with these Terms or are not at least 17 years old, please do not use the App.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any updated Terms.
3. Using Our Services
You must follow any policies made available within the App and use our services only as permitted by applicable law. Certain features, including in-app purchases and subscriptions (managed through mobile stores), are subject to additional conditions as set forth in later sections.
4. Prohibited Content and Abusive Behavior
At Vently, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive environment with no judgment. Our strict moderation policy ensures that all interactions remain positive and welcoming.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Vently has a strict no tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user found posting content that is considered objectionable (including hate speech, harassment, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior) will be immediately and permanently banned from using the App without prior notice.
5. User Accounts
When you create an account with Vently, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of your access to the App.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Termination of Access
The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions managed through mobile stores. Vently reserves the right to revoke access to purchased content or subscriptions and to terminate the service at any time without prior notice or refund.
7. Ownership and User Content License
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App. However, by creating and posting content, you grant Vently an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content for any purpose—including marketing and commercial purposes—even if you delete your account.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vently and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Vently.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vently does not promise to support, update, or maintain the App—in fact, the service may be altered or shut down at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vently be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Governing Law and Claims
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App must be submitted to us within 24 hours of occurrence. Failure to submit a claim within this period will result in the claim being waived.
12. Data Collection
We collect usage data and regional information to improve our services and for compliance with legal requirements. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
